From Route 9 North or South:

• Take exit 19 (rte. 372). 
• Turn onto 372 West. 
• Take a right at the light onto Rte 3 North (K-mart plaza). 
• 1.5 miles north of Kmart plaza, FHC is on the left in the SCB plaza.

From I-91 North:

• Take exit 21 (Rte. 372). 
• Turn left onto 372 East. 
• At Rte 3 intersection turn left (Kmart plaza). 
• 1.5 miles north of Kmart plaza, FHC is on the left in the SCB plaza.

From I-91 South:

• Take exit 23 (Rte. 3). 
• Turn right at light at exit end. 
• Turn left at light onto Rte 3 S. 
• Follow to SCB Plaza on the right after Freihofers.
