From Route 9 North or South:

• Take exit 19 (Route 372).
• Turn onto 372 West.
• Take a right at the light onto Route 3 North (K-mart plaza).
• 1.5 miles north of Kmart plaza, FHC is on the left

From I-91 North:

• Take exit 21 (Route 372)
• Turn left onto 372 East
• At Rte 3 intersection turn left (Kmart plaza)
• 1.5 miles north of Kmart plaza, FHC is on the left

From I-91 South:

• Take exit 23 (Route 3)
• Turn right at light at exit end
• Turn left at light onto Rte 3 South
• Follow to the building on the right before Freihofers
