Yoga in the Park
Outdoor Yoga class
with Laurie

Thursdays, starts July 3
5:45 pm to 7:00 pm
$15 per class or use punch card

Cromwell Landing, located at the end of Wall Street (ABC Pizza), offers sun or shade, and a grassy lawn to do yoga with views of the Connecticut River. Parking and nearby restroom available. I recommend a blanket for ground cover and a yoga mat. Shorter one hour class for those on lunch break.

Kirtan is a spiritual practice that directly connects us to the divine, and can be both ecstatic and meditative, often at the same time. Join these master musicians for an evening of call and response singing of the holy names.


Yoga for Relaxation

Set aside your "to do" list and put yourself back on the priority list by rediscovering what it feels like to just be. Through a sequencing of gentle and restorative postures, you will learn how to let go of stress and release tension to create an overall sense of calm and peace in your body.

This practice will help reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure and improve your sleep. It is open to all students who want to feel relaxed and refreshed.


Happy Hour Meditation Series
with Pat McGrath

Expand your personal practice with silent meditations led by Pat McGrath, certified in the S.E.E.D method (Simple, Easy, Every Day) by the McLean Meditation Institute in Sedona, Arizona. Pat is dedicated to helping people transform their lives through their own daily meditation routine. This 20 minute silent meditation will include meditations such as The Heart-Centered Breath, The Self-Inquiry, The Body Awareness/Relaxation Response and meditations using the senses of sight and sound. There will be some discussion time afterwards. Option of sitting in chairs or on the floor.


Special Mixed Level Yoga
with Swamini Lalithananda

Saturday, June 7

Swamiji will take you beyond your weekly yoga class to deepen practices in pranayama (breathing), asana (postures), yoga nidra (relaxation), meditation (including mantra and chanting), and yogic lifestyle.
