Creating a daily meditation can help you. Join us for some easy tools that you can use every day. Pat McGrath, certified in the S.E.E.D method (Simple, Easy, Every Day) by the McLean Meditation Institute in Sedona, Arizona, is dedicated to helping people transform their lives through their own daily meditation routine.
She will share with you how meditation can re-train your brain to reduces stress by helping you come back to the moment, by-pass the ego-mind, and re-connect with your own inner wisdom. We will do two silent meditations, one for 5 minutes and the other for 10 minutes. Lots of information in between and time for sharing our experiences.
Restorative Yoga with Massage and Aromatherapy

Treat your body & mind to a restorative yoga class infused with the healing aroma of natural essential oils complemented by massage therapy. Lisa Eberhardt will lead this deeply relaxing and restorative yoga class while Laurie Sabourin works individually with students sharing her gifts of massage, aromatherapy and foot reflexology. While you soften into supported yoga postures, Laurie will apply essential oils such as lavender and peppermint to various chakra or pressure points on the head and feet. These oils assist the body to relieve stress and tension, and promote an overall state of well-being. Mini massage and yoga adjustments will be given while resting in a yoga pose to complement the healing power of the oils and to encourage a deeper experience of each posture. In addition, each guest will receive a coupon for $10 off on a Raindrop Technique massage session with Laurie.
